🚀 for your app & website

Use custom domain for transactional SMTP

Already have an app, a store or a website on your domain? Point its outgoing mail at Freemail’s SMTP service and its transactional emails: receipts, order updates, password resets, sign-up confirmations, go out as your domain, from a mailbox you control. No separate sending service, no second account.

  • Signed as your domain: SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass for your domain, so receiving servers trust it and your receipts land in the inbox, not spam.
  • Safe by default: app-password sign-in with two-factor on, and the usual Freemail send limits and abuse protection apply, keeping your domain’s reputation clean.
  • Works everywhere SMTP does: WordPress, WooCommerce, your own code, any app with an SMTP setting. If it can send SMTP, it can send as your domain.

Up and running in three steps

1

Claim your address

Pick the name you want and set a password. That’s the whole sign-up.

2

Lock it down

Turn on two-factor sign-in and save your recovery key somewhere safe.

3

Send & receive anywhere

In the web app, or in your favourite mail app over IMAP & SMTP. Mail between Freemail addresses is instant.

Private by construction

Not a policy bolted on afterwards. It’s how the service is built and run.

  • Our own infrastructureFreemail runs on servers we operate. Your mail isn’t sitting in an ad company’s data centre.
  • Authenticated mail, enforcedSPF, DKIM and DMARC are published and checked, so mail claiming to be from us can be verified, and fakes get rejected.
  • No ads, no trackingThere is no advertising and no third-party analytics in Freemail. This page included. View its source.
  • We don’t read your mailAutomated systems score spam and flag dangerous links; no human reads your messages, and message links are never silently rewritten.

Why Freemail exists

Email should belong to the person who uses it, not to an advertising company. Our goals, what is live today, what we are working towards, and what we will never do, are written down in plain language.

Your address is waiting.
